Isla Blanca – Laguna Chacmuchuch (lagoon side)

Main Cancún kite area. A knee-to-waist-deep lagoon on the west side of the Isla Blanca peninsula, north of Costa Mujeres. Most schools teach here, and in E–SE wind the water is flat and good for freestyle. Access is by a sandy road with few minibuses, and there is little phone signal or shade.
