Coche – Playa La Punta

Western tip of Isla de Coche, about 20 minutes by boat (or a 15 km downwinder) from El Yaque; very flat water with offshore wind that builds from mid-morning, usually one kite size smaller than El Yaque. Only kite with a rescue boat because of the offshore wind.

Remote spot: not recommended for beginners or intermediates.Help is far away if something goes wrong. Only ride here if you're experienced and self-sufficient: go with a buddy, arrange boat support, and tell someone your plan.
